How To Fix MSP Project Management

A ten-page guide from 2021, written from the experience of the MSP TopLeft grew out of. At one point that MSP had 400 open tickets across 10 engineers, and its projects stalled.

The guide sets out IBEAM, five steps for running a project: identify the projects, break each one into tasks, estimate them, assign them, and monitor the work. Each step shows what it looks like on a Kanban board, whether that is sticky notes on a wall or TopLeft on ConnectWise PSA or Autotask.
