Teamwork Transformer: Bringing Your Team Onto TopLeft

A guide for managers bringing their team onto TopLeft, in four steps.

1. Visualize: set up a first board with six columns, from New to Complete.
2. Engage the team: write down what each column means, invite the team, and start a daily huddle (a 10 to 15 minute meeting at the board).
3. Define good: set work-in-progress (WIP) limits and a time threshold for each column.
4. Keep improving: pick a problem, try a change, and review whether it helped.

The guide plans for two to four weeks at one to two hours a week.
