How To Fix MSP Project Management

At TopLeft, we didn’t always have good project management practices. Despite using ConnectWise, we had a lot of project problems. We had many tickets started and not finished. We built a tool that displays project data from PSAs on a Kanban board- allowing managers and engineers to visualize tasks, reduce work in progress (WIP), and improve communication in the team.
